SUN logoVision

Our vision is to create a vibrant community center at Ventura Park. By serving as a positive force for our School Community we will harness collective efforts in order to enrich, empower and inspire our immigrant and refugee families and the community at large.

Food Assistance

Families can shop the food pantry on Mondays at 3:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

We also have a food backpack program; students can take home a backpack on Friday afternoons. This program does require an application; let your child’s teacher know if you would like one.
