We want to acknowledge that we gather as a community on the traditional land of the Clackamas and Cowlitz people past and present, and we honor with gratitude the land itself and the people who have stewarded it throughout the generations. As educators, we recognize the special role that we can serve in ensuring an equitable education for all of our students.
