Twice a year, Safe Routes to School asks parents of K-8 students how they travel to school. Whether students walk, bike, take the school bus, or are dropped off in a family car, we want to know!
Click the link below to start the survey.
Who should take the survey?
Parents of K-8 students should fill out the survey for their oldest K-8 student. You do not need to fill out a survey for each child.
Why should you take the survey?
The information gathered in these surveys helps Safe Routes encourage a safer, healthier environment at school for all students, regardless of how they get there. This data is also required for federal funding that supports Portland's program. Plus, you will be entered to win a bicycle & helmet for your student ($400 value)!
Is this the same as the paper survey?
